Cities in the Northeast, especially Boston and New York, are experiencing blizzard conditions this weekend; air traffic is impacted by bitter cold, strong winds and more snow. Passengers are obviously frustrated, like the travelers in Doug's single-panel cartoon from 1977.
For nearly 20 years, starting in the mid-1960s, Doug's news cartoons - distributed by the Toronto Star Syndicate - appeared daily in newspapers across North America.
